  • If my order is returned to sender for non-delivery by www.UPS.com, what will happen to my order?
    • United Parcel Service or UPS for short will make every attempt to deliver your order.  If you are not home to receive your order, UPS will place a call sticker on our door directing you to either A) an access point for pickup or B) will make another attempt to deliver your package the next day.
    • If an order is not picked up at the access point within 3 business days your package will be returned.
    • If you are not home when UPS makes their next delivery attempt and the number of attempts exceeds 3 your package will get returned.
    • If your package is returned to our warehouse for non-delivery or non-pick up a $25.00 return and retrieval fee will need to be paid before your package is sent back out via United States Postal Service with tracking and delivery notification.

 

  • What if I am not home to receive my order?  What happens to it?
    • All print items ship United Parcel Service or UPS for short.  UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your order.
    • UPS will place a call sticker on your door alerting you that they will be out for a redelivery attempt as you were not home for the first delivery attempt.  If you are not home to receive your package after 3 delivery attempts it will be returned to sender.
    • Sometimes UPS will make the first delivery attempt at your address and if you are not home will send your package to a UPS access site in which you have 3 days to pick up your package before it is returned to the sender.
    • Sometimes UPS will automatically send your package for delivery to an access point in particular cases where a client lives in a high traffic apartment complex and there may be a problem with package theft.  You will be alerted with a call sticker on your door directing you to the UPS access point and you will have three days to pick up your package before it is sent back to the sender.

 

  • What happens if my package is left at my front door and it is not there when I get home?
    • All shipments leaving our warehouse via United Parcel Service or UPS for short are coded for a delivery with signature.
    • If you authorize UPS to deliver your package by either A) signing the back of a call sticker releasing the package to be delivered without signature this one time or B) by having a call sticker on file for automatic delivery without signature until revoked, Innovative Marketing and Design or InteleTravel is not responsible for your package.

 

  • Can I return my order?
    • No, all sales are final on custom or personalized products which include all printed materials, unless our team makes an error in printing or pulling the wrong item for shipment.
    • No, all sale are final on hard goods and materials, unless our team makes an error in printing or pulling the wrong item for shipment.
    • Yes, if you purchased an apparel item and need to exchange it for another size.  Apparel is exchangable only.

 

  • What credit cards do you accept?
    • Currently we only accept Mastercard or Visa both credit and debit.
